ive found if you turn the bandwidth throttle (upload) below 12 you,ll get crap download speeds remember that people are always uploading so if you turn your pc off at night they lose a source or the other way round if they do you lose a download source then thiers the re cueing for sometimes days best way ive found was leave it on all night all bandwidth throttles full, also some servers wont let you on if you havent got much to share in your shared folders
