Yea had the wheels balanced at the local garage, they say they balance fine, not buckled.

If i do the disks again, and STIIL got the problem, thats £100 gone to start with!!

Perhaps i should get an old set of RST wheels with crappy tires to test fault the wheels? maybe their the wrong fittment?
