I had one of those adjustable thermostats that come with the Kenlowe fans. a bit of a pig to get the upper water hose to seal properly with the copper wire going inside. Seemed a bit 1800th century engineering to me so I switched the fan control to the ecu with separate temperature thresholds for the two fans.
