good advice mate....definately sort out the legal angle before you see your car......try not to let it get too nasty .......easy us saying this but shouting and swearing will probably get you no where ......

have a look at it and ask the guy if he has his insurance details handy...see what he says ....but from what you're saying it aint your fault ....they've had it three days...
