2 problems with my ERST.

1. Cold Starting.
This gradually gets worse. even on a freezing icy morning it will start but sounds like it starts on 3 cylinders and is lumpy for a few mins till it warms up.

2. When i put the boot down is seems like the car is being held back . its not going anywhere. And if i put it in to 4th or 5th at a low rev and boot it , the car will take about 3 months to build up.

The spec :
1.8ZVH.
polished and ported head
Kent cam
vernier,
standard turbo,
Pace Intercooler,

with this setup at 16PSI it should easily be putting out 170-180bhp right????
