1983 y reg xr3i shell with standard s2 turbo running gear

full body restoration started in 2000 completed late 2003 ( pics to prove ) including full bare metal respray and various new panels all genuine fors other than scutlle and battery tray as they wasnt available,special mix of graphite grey applied inside outside and engine bay,fully yrustproofesd and heavily wax oiled

engine has had a full strip down and rebuild byt he guy i bought it from unfortunatly no reciepts to prove it but runs very quietly and recently pusehd out 148 bhp at a engine advantafges set up this is unchipped and is standard apart from k&n and scorpion exhaust

mk4 dash conversion fitted and momo steering wheel s2 88 spec recaros and harness,s fitted currently the rear of the car is stripped out but i do have the rear seats if you wanted to re fit them,the interior was fully soundproofed during the rebuild

the car runs on gmax shocks and some lowered spring ( cant remember make) and brake wise its running focus st170 callipers and disc conversion

the car has loads of one off touches such as the the debadged 3 bar grille,de locked ,de wipered rear etc j

jut fitted new alternator and starter


toad alarm and immob cat works all centeral locking

2 bad points##doesnt like cold starting ,u have to hold the flap on the air filter and let it run for appx 2 mins then its fine

speedo not working

this car is a one off any inspection welcomed you will not find any rot

taxed till end of jan? and motd till aug 2006
