Absolutely no need for Nobrains to behave like that. Haggling can be fun for both sides if done in a friendly way, but this isn't right.

I've never dealt with Pete but, as said already, if a supplier is - in your opinion - too dear you just buy elsewhere.

As I get older I value service and reliability more and more. I just want an easy life and will pay a bit extra to avoid loads of pissing around.
