great tip

its so contradicting what you hear when you are trying to lose weight and build up muscle at the same time.

I've been doing almost 100% weight training last year and while I managed to bulk up a bit I've still got a lot of fat I've not lost. So this year will focus on more cardio and lighter more reps. Along with a suitable diet - no more raw egg protein shakes
