if you breathe from both sides of block you need to return the oil to the sump plug....buy this from hydraulics place and its job done.....it is actually two parts,the 90 degree fitting and a reducer that screws in the sump(you have to get nut turned down on lathe to fit) easy to drop oil and saves the thread in sump
