) is proper bosnia/beiruit territory, where they'd nick your balls if they wern't in a sack.
PR5 is tidy and quiet residential area.
if its that bad how many motorbikes do you reckon get left out to get nicked??!! lol not many id say.
and if they are they probably arent reported as they were already nicked! lol
its insurance so it can only be worked out surely on the actual claims that come from that area.
