ggeeeeeessssssss how hard is it to get out of bed on a sunday morning and go training .
the amout of times i said to myself last night and this morning i dont think i will go or i will give it a miss..
but i dragged my ass out off bed and went i cant tell you how good i feel
.
i overcame a big hurdel last night i did not have a drink of alcohol
witch is massive for me
its early days yet.
but my instructor was pleased with the effort i put in and to get praise from him is pretty good.
