I think you just need cams, ecu and air flow meter.

I don't know if you'll have the same problems that I did, but when I put the 130psi lump into my si, it wouldnt start because of the pats imobiliser system. It would run with my original ecu but then as soon as I put the rs1800 ecu in it wouldnt want to know. Might be something to look out for when putting into your mk 4
