Went out for a curry tonight, and had a few jugs of Mango Lassi......never tried it before, and not usually a big fan of milkshakes or similar, but this was gorgeous!

Apparently, it's mango, lemon juice, water and sugar/honey, blended until it becomes mixed and frothy, ice-cubes added, and served in a big jug...
