If your a dumb ass like me and forgot to tax your car from last October then you will receive a letter from the DVLA telling you so LOL!!!

I got mine this morning thought that can't be right, checked my tax disk and yep it ran out last October, wife filed the DVLA reminder thing in my car file hence never got it

I now have a £40 fine and have to pay the £27.50 back tax directly to the DVLA along with taxing the car at the post office obviously, if I don't do this by the 30/01/06 then the fine raises to £80.
