only been using it since the 24th December so difficult to make a judgement. However when I phoned them with regards a password issue i.e. I couldn't work out whether the characters were 1,0,O,I etc. they answered promptly and sorted it out, always a good sign
I think most broadband suppliers operate some form of fair usage policy although I don't use that much to be fair.
The only thing was that my modem only turned up yesterday

although this could be due to the xmas period I suppose and I didn't need it anyway
