Im on time and a half sats and double sundays and bank holidays. You're in the wrong job if it only a quarter. (Should point out im not in the same industry as you mind)

Train drivers is one of the most oversubscribed jobs I know of. Tubes start at 5am.

At the end of the day, if you arent being paid your market worth leave.
