Do as tommy suggested if it's still stuck and gently cut through the gasket around the edge. Even if you don't go all the way through, it will give you some more leverage against the last bit still stuck.

That oil is normal, and usually forms part of the seal. Looks in nice condition too, nice and clean. U do have to remove the throttle bracket BTW
