What turbo is best for 250-300hp, needs to spool fast.

Will be running it with no dump valve so needs to be strong too like a t34, but not lag like a t34. Unless (see in a sec). 1.820v so im not sure how the 20v help to spool it.


Unless: When a turbo is spooling, does it use less petrol than when its fully spooled up ? ie if i have a turbo that spools at 4k, and i drive to 3.5krpm max, will i save petrol ?
