I would check wheel balance first, especially on the back if you tend to pedal your car hard, make sure the tyres arent out of shape! This would give you severe vibration at speed. As for your steering wheel off centre this is probably unrelated to your vibration problem and could be worth having the tracking checked, Go for laser alignment this is the way forward with tracking. If you have poly bushes up front have it set for parallel.
