That is called a rung bock, you'll need a cooper ring gasket also, this is where the fire rings are separate from the head gasket, the gasket costs roughly £250,
A wire rung block is slightly different, it has wire slightly embedded into the block a few mm from the bore
This is mine, it cost me £25 per pot to be done, by a very good local company to me. This (as Bill says) bites into the gasket to get a great seal. I would recommend it to anyone!
