Hiya Matt, think you have done the right thing, but it might be worth going for a "good chat" with the manager before your finishing day next week... come to think of it it may have been worth having a word with him when this all started.

Employment rights are a bit wishy washy for people not in a job for at least a year... or two.... but really, if she has somethng against you, then technically her getting at you in the manner she has and asking you do do something that wasn't in the job description could be classed as constructive dismissal.
