Can't open the boot, the key has never worked (bootlid been replaced in the past and I don't think the lock was changed), but the handle has always been ok, now the handle doesn't work!!

What can I do? Can't figure out how to get at the boot, first thing I thought is get in through the fold down seats, but they release from the boot and can't find any other way
