Normal pressure for the cossie pump is approx 60 - 75 bar.....the motorsport versions increase to 90 bar....

Never had the need to do the conversion on a cos....the cos rack suffers at low speed on tight chicanes etc...we have on the past drilled out the standard rack galleries to increase flow....combined with a 90 bar pump this works ok...

I'd say it'd depend on what you were trying to acheive...weight saving?...increase in power?...IMO i'd stick an easy feel rack and a 90 bar pump on....
