'drink while you think' is also a good un we usually use famous people beginning with the last letter of the persons name EG me tom cruisE next person Elijah wood until you cant think of one and you have to drink the disgusting drink again!
Have played the last one, although not with a concoction as a punishment, just had to drink a double-shot of whichever spirits the round-buyer had brought over......five of us playing it, so we decided to add a twist to the game. If you failed to think of a name, you had to drink your drink in front of you; if you didn't have a drink in front of you (ie. you'd already had to drink it), you had to drink the remaining drinks on the table, then buy another round.
