actually yeah... only a starter though
I run 2.5 miles 2 or 3 times a week (though not for a couple of weeks lol)
I chose a route I could (kind of) drive, so I could work out the distance

our route is the same everytime, we havent changed it and time ourselves from start to finish, there is level bit slight up hill, steep down hill and V steep up hill (the last bit we usually walk pmsl
We have yet to beat the 30 minute barrier though
