If your Koni kit is in good nick I'd leave it alone and look at the tyres first.

Is the back full of stereo as I found mine was a lot better after I removed all mine as the back sat slightly higher putting more weight over the front wheels.

Don't forget the accelerator is not an on/off switch (pot and kettle, I know before anybody says it ).
