Ok turned my pc on this morning and just as everything was loading up the pc made 2 little bleeping sounds, came from the actualy pc not the speakers and then when everything was loaded on the screen and ready to go it was just doing random things on its own like msn messenger was flashing on and off my screen and i clicked my documents folder and it loaded about 10 in one go and then it crashed so i pulled the plug out the wall to turn it off and loaded it agian but the same happened, so i left it 15mins and then everything was fine, as you can see im on the net and on here now.

please dont say ive got a virus or somthing

Ive got norton 2005 and downloaded avg the other day which didnt pick up much, like norton.

Any ideas? i thought the bleeping in the pc on load up might be saying low battery inside the pc or somthing
