ya i do agree mate,,, but i just got pissed at the company,, as i had an online order with them,, i selected the uk in the details, it popped up with a final price which i was happy with, then they send me an email trying to get more,, maybe they should sort out then online order
this is where many people get caught, also when they get the wrong part sent it cost the customer in the UK as they have to pay to send it back before correct part is sent, Atleast paying someone like us the risk factor is our problem and not the customers, if I get the wrong part I sort it and the customer still pays the price he was told.
I have good suppliers more importantly efficient shipping from the states so usually I can match or BEAT any other quote on a part from a UK supplier from the states.
