Well we charge a fee to advertise the car, put it up on the net autotrader style but also have the phone lines as well so people can ring us if they are looking for a car ot if they want to sell it. Or if we have a car someone wants we ring them when we have one.
But are also linked into 6 other companies who will be doing the same thing and sharing the database so if someone rings us looking for a specific car then we can look at the database and find who has what and where and also look for car people want. Or Visa Versa.
Basicly we do all the hunting for the customer.
