Im sorry but i totally disagree with this.

Although I truely feel sorry for what happened to the girl i feel there are much more deserving causes than this.

I have seen victims of assault or road accidents who have ended up looking a lot worse than this, never once has there been a fund set up for plastic surgery for them, surely the fact that she is still alive and obviously has a lot of friends should be enough to "put a smile on her face"?

There are plenty of childrens charitys etc who would welcome a donation of £5 rather than it all going towards one persons cosmetic surgery.
