Your getting confused with qouting one price, carrying out the work THEN adding extra, that is ripping people off.
If the galaxy clutch takes 4 hours and thats what you qouted me, then when i turn up you tell me it took 10 hours and its going to cost more than double the original cost, I will be very pissed!

why have a PER HOUR CHARGE, takes longer, charge more, takes less,,,,,,,,,, still charge more,,,,,,, thats unfair but the idea is that the jobs that dont take long balance out the ones that take longer
