I have answered... I dont see what the problem is...

IF someone has priced up a kitchen for my mum all in and she is happy with that price she buys simple..

If she isnt .. she doesnt... besides thats not a good example as it is highly unlikely two kitchens are going to be the same set-up/job

its simle mate, if someone feels a particular job is going to be a bitch and not really worth their while financially, the price quoted goes up...

I cant see why its so difficult to grasp??

by the same token, a job may be priced up and the estimator may take into consideration the buyer is extremely fussy/ comes across that way, SO add a little more onto the price of the job to

A) allow a little more time to make sure its right first time

and

B) allow for a little extra as its inevitable this particular person is going to pick holes in something, which is going to need rectification...

AGAIN if they dont like the price they go elswhere...
