To be honest, thats written as a very loaded question, and doesnt give any of the things that i would try first such as tell them to fuck off.

There are more options most (not all though!) of the time, like walking away or talking it out or whatever.

So for me, probably neither of the above if i could avoid them.

Both would be something i would aim to avoid.
