Are you complaining because not everyone gets done for speeding?

So what if some forces don't enforce all speeding convictions, how is that a bad thing?

Do you think that this coming into the limelight will result in the forces that enforce 100% of tickets reducing that figure inline with other forces??

I think the opposite is more likely, don't you?
