My old man does some work in ukpolice stations, hes not a copper. He has learnt of the game snooker which alot of traffic coppers play over xmas. The copper with the most points at the end of the week gets a prize.
So in the morning the traffic car goes out on his route, first car they is red, then go for a snooker colour, then a red then a colour etc etc
