Providing your engine was in good nick I would

Go with:

Decent exhaust
Panel filter in drilled air box
Front mount intercooler (GRS/ProAlloy/Pace etc)
Chip
-31 actuator

I would drop the compression on a set of pistons (not decomp plates) and fit ARP rod bolts to help keep it all together)

18psi or so should see you pretty close to 220bhp. Don;t forget to sort your gearbox out or you will eat it in no time and make sure you upgrade the brakes.

I'm running 250bhp through my pretty standard rods. Saying that they are on my list of jobs to do
