what mods would you suggest to achieve this?

av got s stg2 turbo would this be up to the job?
if so:

low comp or standard?
cossie managment, fifth injector, or stand alone managment?

also where do people stand on the rods-ive heard these are a weak point
so wots available to sort this?

i also want to keep it 1600
