I run both Intercooler & Charge Cooler.

The Boost goes into the Charge cooler that feeds the intercooler.

I am going to remove the Charge cooler and go for the simpler design of a large front mount intercooler. there is less to go wrong with an air to air intercooler, charge coolers need water pumps, water ect...

sat in traffic It makes no difference what charge temps go to, your not going anyware. The other way would be to remove the RS Fan assembly, which is a set of small "Suckers" and replace with some slimline 12" kenlower "blowers" on the back of the air con rad. Place them low down just behind the intercooler or charge cooler rad and it should help air flow - Oh and wire them to an overide swith on the dash so they can be permantly on in traffic..

Thats my set-up and is 110% Tops!!
