I had this the other day.

Reboot in safe mode

Then look in windows system 32 folder, sort by date modified, you'll see what files need deleting,

Restart normally and run MSN anti spyware and you're usual virus checker

If you wanna be tidy use a registry rebuilder too. Did the trick for me
