Andy, Do you have Windows XP and Service Pack 1 installed?
I just installed my nokia software and it said it needed SP1 to work via USB.
Saying that, this pc does NOT have SP1 and still woks

Im pretty pleased with the N70 so far. looking at 1gb MMC cards and sat nav gear. One thing im not impressed with is the camera I havent played with any settings yet but the pics ive taken sure as hell arent 2MP quality.
