What are you meant to do with that? Connect it to the Pos and Neg of the battery? If so, don't bother!

If your lights are dimming then look at your earth return to the battery from the body and uprate it if required. Check the alternator and see if it can handle the current your stereo draws. Check the wiring between the starter main power terminal and the alternator itself and uprate it if required.
