it was 207bhp at flywheel (without nitrous) before these new mods were done when it was on low boost. once its remapped and had the cam gears setup, it should be 230-240bhp without nitrous.

the supercharger kit costs about £1300 shipped, its the one from www.jacksonracing.com for ford focus but i got it from www.importcarpartsplus.com for cheaper.
