I saw one on a Toshiba accessory for a phtocopier. Basically, it connects the the pc as normal, but allows the use of a mouse, or touch screen. As far as I'm aware, there's some extra software with the monito drivers that allows the touch screen aspect to work. Think you can change the sensitivity and such with it
