Firstly, just got my head back from machine shop and one of the coil packs has bust in transit... (anyone got a second hand one they want to sell)

I could also do with the part of the manual that explains how to line everything up again....ie cam pulleys, etc. Pretty standard stuff I know, but I want to get it right....
