A quote from my Nurburgring Topic:
This pic shows it was 333miles to the tunnel from Blackpool, and we re-brimmed the tank at the station there which took £49.50. A quick calculation shows on Uk Motorways the cossie did the journey at 31mpg. Im sure thats about to plummet downwards....
So i would say in all honesty that 31ish is a better figure, although it has to be said, teh car had 2 occupants and all teh luggage for a week in Germany, as well as some spare parts and oil etc for helping folk out.
