As much as that sounds like a great idea, unfortunately not possible. Although I work on my own in my job, im part of a team of 8 people - all who get a percetage of their bonus relating to our phone stats. Our team has the best phone stat results in the whole group of Companies and we're all very Customer focused
You have an ansaphone........... I have two god damn lines coming through to my DDi, so even when im on the phone people can still call me and another team member picks it up and puts them on hold for me
My DDi number is statistically the busiest telephone line in our Company.....

and they're not even directly replacing me so I feel quite sorry for the rest of the team who are already busy people.
