Sod capital punishment, that's too quick. Just put them in a normal prison and "leak out" to the prison what they did to the children / that woman, and let "prison justice" take it's course. See how they like being tortured / abused etc for their entire sentence. THEN at the end of it, delete them.
I see no benefit to a civilised society in descending to their level.
They are no longer worth having in society, they just need to be removed, there is no need to hurt them first, that sort of thing only breeds further violence.
They should just be snuffed out, no fuss no drama, no ceremony, just a clinical removal of an unwanted growth on society.
