Wouldn't have one. I could regurgitate everything about this car in comparison to the McLaren F1. But I'll try to condense it.
This car is NOT a great enginnering thing. As said 125 Force fed BHP per litre is shockingly bad. ( A stage 3 saff is not far from that, and I would say that's a reliable enough to be used everyday) The car trials NO new technology or engineering. In terms of it being "amazing" all that power is used. Its no more incredible than an uprated paddle clutch. Everything is just heavy engineering. Bugatti just wanted to build a car faster than the F1. Thats not design, thats paranoia. What they should of done, is look at all the good Supercars, F1, Carrera, Enzo, Zonda etc etc. And said lets make something better.
Lets make a car thats:
Faster than the F1
RWD
Weighs less than 1000kg
Carries more luggage than a 5 series
Shorter than a Elise
Carries more than 2 people.
And uses a NA 4litre V10 to get 800BHP.
Is involving to drive.
Has Carbon/Ceramic brakes with decent feel (not easy these days)
Uses a special weave of Carbon or even better, uses a new composite material that's never been used on road cars before
That would of been a BETTER car. Any car maker can make a fast car, its all the other things that make for a great car. Not just the speed aspect. If VAG had built the car with those attributes I would cheer it from the mountains. But Veyron simply doesn't touch real supercars. Its a marketting excercise, that's all. And if anyone has the current Evo magazine, (COTY) read Gordon Murray's piece about overtaking. How can 8 litres produce so much lag! Why didn't they use different turbos or anti lag or whatever. Turbo Lag on a $1.2M car is inexcuseable!
And on the subject of the numbers, I don't beleive you can get 1900kg to 60 in 2.5 seconds. Regardless of 1001 bhp. Stripped out skylines with similar power are around that and they weigh 2/3rds of a ton LESS. And lets not even get to that highly inaccurate power gauge

Also lok at all those radiators, and the fact theres no engine cover. This car seems to generate some serius heat issues. So why didn't Bugatti fix them properly! And I can't stand the ugliness. Not just of the overall car, but of that rear wing that Im sure was an afterthought. You can imagine the meeting "Oh Crap, vee have a proplem vis the rear of zee car, quick bung a hige extendable ving on zee back"
Overall I think the Veyron is for show offs. The same show offs that will dump it as soon as the next car comes along that does a higher vMax. How many people who claim the Veyron as the best car ever, used to think the Koeninsegg CCR was the best car ever before? Im sure with all the electronics its very easy to drive very fast, but is it a very deep read, or will you tire of quickly? Will it become boring.
McLaren F1 (like Carrera and Enzo and Zonda) is more for purists of supercars. Maybe not the easiest car to drive, apparently not the fastest now. But a real drivers car. And that's why I would never buy an automatic/gadget infested/4wd/Turbo'd Supercar.
My choice (like it's ever going to happen

)
1) F1
2) Carrera GT
3) Enzo
4) Zonda F
5) NSX Type R
