Ebay is probably your best bet.

Hardly worth the bother for an Irish plate tho tbh, ain't looked for a while but you used to be able to get irish plates for £25 + transfer fee.

You'll need a current MOT & tax to transfer the plate as well IIRC.

£80 to transfer it, if you are putting it on retention that'll be an extra £25
