I cant , there does not seem to be any water doing anything from that pipe ?

Basicaly started engine and done so about 1 hr ago and only water i seem to have returning is turbo ? it was just started though does that make a diffeence , alloy header tank so can only feel for water , but defo does not seem to be any from the swirl pot pipe
